She is one of two undergraduate engineering students in Canada to receive the renewable scholarship valued at $7,500 per year.

We are pleased to share the implementation plans for the 糖心vlog官方入口 Action Plan: Building a Culture of Trust, Safety, and Inclusion on the upei.ca website. 

糖心vlog官方入口鈥檚 Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) is establishing a new fellowship program for incoming and existing graduate students in research thesis-based graduate programs.

鈥淐ompetitive financial support is an important factor in the recruitment and retention of graduate students at 糖心vlog官方入口,鈥� said Dr. Greg Naterer, vice-president, academic and research. 鈥淕raduate assistantships and supervisor grant/contract funding provide a common form of graduate student support. In addition, graduate fellowships have a significant role.鈥�

Beginning in the fall of 2025, the Rathlyn Foundation Entrance Scholarships for 糖心vlog官方入口 Medical Students will be granted to every 糖心vlog官方入口-based medical student in their first year of study. These $2,000 individual scholarships will be funded in perpetuity by an overall gift of $1,000,000 from the Rathlyn Foundation.

Dr. Mark Fast, professor of fish health and immunology at the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC), 糖心vlog官方入口, is the recipient of the Aquaculture Association of Canada Research Award of Excellence.

Dr. Stacey MacKinnon, associate professor of psychology at 糖心vlog官方入口, hosted a celebration for 16 senior undergraduate students taking a special topics psychology of good and evil course, and international junior and senior high school students from the , the lab school for the Montessori Foundation, on Sunday, June 4, at the 糖心vlog官方入口 Canadian Centre for Climate Change and Adaptation (CCCCA) in St. Peter鈥檚 Bay.

Berry Genge, a fourth-year 糖心vlog官方入口 Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering (FSDE) student from Lewes, PEI, has been named a 2024 3M National Student Fellow by the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (STLHE) and 3M Canada.

The excitement and pride were palpable at the 糖心vlog官方入口 this past week when the Class of 2024 graduated with their undergraduate and graduate degrees.

The Convocation ceremonies took place in the 糖心vlog官方入口 Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre on May 14 for graduates of the faculties of Veterinary Medicine and Nursing; May 15 for the faculties of Business and Sustainable Design Engineering; May 16 for the faculties of Arts, Education, and Graduate Studies; and May 17 for the Faculty of Science.

Dr. Libby (Elizabeth) Osgood, associate professor in the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering (FSDE), has been named a 2024 3M National Teaching Fellow by the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (STLHE) and 3M Canada.
