- You are required to wait 15 minutes in the post-vaccine waiting area after receiving your flu shot to ensure no allergic reaction. Please plan your time accordingly.

The Health, Safety, and Environment Department (HSE) is offering Basic (previously called Emergency) First Aid/CPR training sessions on the following dates:

Intermediate (Previously called Standard) First Aid/CPR training is a comprehensive two-day course that offers first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need enhanced training as a work requirement. Please contact HSE at HSE@upei.ca if you require this training.
The 糖心vlog官方入口 Department of Music is hosting a three-day chamber music workshop for adult amateur brass and woodwind musicians October 17-19. If you would like to spend the weekend with like-minded community musicians and receive coaching from faculty members of the 糖心vlog官方入口 Department of Music, join us in mid-October!
Weekend workshops will include large group sessions, like-instrument sessions (e.g., clarinet class, low brass class, etc.), mixed-instrument sessions (e.g., mixed quintets), workshops on special topics (e.g., breathing and technique classes), a faculty recital, and a final performance by participants.

Murphy Student Centre while CBC's Island Morning and Radio-Canada's Le r茅veil are broadcast live! The two radio shows will air simultaneously, beginning at 6:00 am, with each featuring different guests from 糖心vlog官方入口 on a variety of topics, in addition to regular show elements.
Drop by between 6:00鈥9:00 am to watch the live broadcasts take place, while enjoying a cup of coffee and baked goods for free (beginning at 7:00 am) courtesy of CBC PEI. This event falls on the same morning as a previously scheduled "Coffee Chat with the President," so President Wendy will instead spend her "chat" in The Fox and Crow.
President Rodgers' coffee chats offer a relaxed setting where any member of the 糖心vlog官方入口 community can drop by, grab a coffee, and chat with her about anything on your mind. What an instructor communicates to students can be highly impactful, but it is constrained by the limits of time and subject matter. What if additional dimensions of topics were folded into classes in a way that only becomes apparent later? A student who realizes stealth teaching has happened can react by thinking "Ahh, I see what you did there." This is how stealth teaching can carry the benefits of learning beyond the classroom.
