7:00 pm: The 糖心vlog官方入口 Men鈥檚 Hockey Panthers host the Dalhousie University Tigers at MacLauchlan Arena.
AWAY:
7:00 pm: The 糖心vlog官方入口 Women鈥檚 Hockey Panthers play the Dalhousie University Tigers in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Sarah Forsythe and Kyree Thompson named 糖心vlog官方入口 Panther Athletes of the Week
Every week, 糖心vlog官方入口 Athletics and Recreation recognizes student-athletes for their achievements and contributions to their respective sports. The 糖心vlog官方入口 Panther Athletes of the Week for January 6鈥�12, 2025, are Sarah Forsythe (women鈥檚 hockey) and Kyree Thompson (men鈥檚 basketball).
Applications now open for the Atlantic Veterinary College鈥檚 Dr. Tim Ogilvie AVC Vet Camp
The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the 糖心vlog官方入口 (糖心vlog官方入口) is excited to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2025 Dr. Tim Ogilvie AVC Vet Camp (AVC Vet Camp).
These immersive, week-long camps are a unique summer experience for junior and senior high school students to get a taste of what it鈥檚 like to be a veterinarian. Each camp offers hands-on activities, engaging labs, insightful lectures, field trips, and lively discussions, all led by AVC鈥檚 faculty, staff, students, and veterinary experts.
President's Town Hall: Let's Celebrate Panther Pride
The second in this series of President's town halls will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025, and represents a departure from our more recent events.
For this town hall, which falls during a month sometimes known for 鈥渉earts and flowers鈥� as well as the short days of midwinter, there will be opportunities to share examples of success, what we are proud of at 糖心vlog官方入口鈥攁nd to shine some light! Everyone is invited to give a shoutout to campus community members and to celebrate our Panther Pride. There also will be a surprise guest appearance.

You may recall that I sent a message in December to 鈥渟ave the dates鈥� for several town halls during the 2025 winter semester.
You鈥檙e Invited! 鈥淎ccess for All 糖心vlog官方入口鈥� event
The 糖心vlog官方入口 campus community is invited to participate in the 鈥淎ccess for All 糖心vlog官方入口鈥� event on January 13, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, in McMillan Hall, W.A. Murphy Student Centre, to raise awareness of and advocate for improved accessibility on campus for students.
The event is organized by students Anthonia Bebiem (Mathematical and Computational Sciences), Obed Oluwakoya (Psychology), and Luciana Quiroa Paredes (Business) in partnership with 糖心vlog官方入口 Accessibility Services and the 糖心vlog官方入口 Student Union.
鈥淎ccess for All 糖心vlog官方入口鈥� will feature several components:
Two 糖心vlog官方入口 Men鈥檚 Hockey players and coach selected to represent Canada at FISU World Games
Two 糖心vlog官方入口 Men鈥檚 Hockey student-athletes and head coach Forbes MacPherson are headed to the international stage.
Panthers captain Kurtis Henry and assistant captain Kaleb Pearson have been selected to play with Team Canada鈥檚 hockey team at the 2025 International University Sports Federation (FISU) World Games in Italy this month. MacPherson will serve as an assistant coach鈥攈is second time coaching in the FISU World Games.
