World Environment Day, one of the biggest international days for the environment, took place on June 5, and the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú School of Climate Change and Adaptation participated in activities at the Canadian Centre for Climate Change and Adaptation in St. Peter’s Bay.
Dr. Xiuquan (Xander) Wang, associate professor and director of the Climate Smart Lab at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú’s Canadian Centre for Climate Change and Adaptation, is the recipient of the E. Whitman Wright Award for Excellence in Information Technology in Civil Engineering from the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE). The award was presented during the CSCE’s annual conference in Moncton, New Brunswick, May 24–27, 2023.
Members of the public learned more about the new ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú Canadian Centre for Climate Change and Adaptation during an event at St. Peter’s Bay on Friday, February 14.
