Meditation and Gentle Yoga - ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú staff/faculty only
Yoga Instructor Pam Harris will guide you through a 45-minute class offering meditation and gentle yoga stretches. The meditation segment of the class creates more calm, inner peace, and balance that benefits both your emotional well-being and overall health
Thursdays 12:10–12:55 pm, with instructor Pam Harris-Stewart
November 4–December 16 (No class on November 11, Remembrance Day)
The class is FREE and for current ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú employees only, provided by the Healthy Campus Committee and supported by the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú Employee Wellness Strategy. You do not need to have a sports centre membership in order to take this class.
Staff/Faculty who participated in the first session ( Sept 23 - Oct28) are not eligible for the second session. However, if the November 4 session isn't full by October 26, we will open up any spots left for those who registered in the first session. But spots are a first register basis.
