Small Group Training Opportunities for 糖心vlog官方入口 Staff/Faculty

All 糖心vlog官方入口 staff and faculty can access Small Group Training discounts. Small group fitness training is the sweet spot of keeping the fitness experience large enough to be fun and interactive while small enough to maintain the quality of modifications and progressions specific to individuals. A group of six will work with our certified personal trainer in a private training studio.   For a list of various training options and how to register please visit here:  /ar/fitness-classes

  • Fees:
    • current full-time 糖心vlog官方入口 students: $25+ HST for 1 session (12 classes)
    • 糖心vlog官方入口 staff and faculty: $50 + HST for 1 session (12 classes)
    • all other participants: $135 + HST for 1 session (12 classes)
