Gentle Yoga Stretch and Meditation Class - ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú employees - Thursdays

The Healthy Campus Committee, as part of the Employee Wellness Strategy, will be providing FREE "Gentle Yoga Stretch and Meditation Classes" for ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú faculty and staff. Classes will be on Thursdays 12:10 pm–12:50 pm. Classes will be on a four-week rotation. Yoga instructor Pam Harris - Stewart will be leading the class. Pre-registration required. No drop-ins. Thursdays - June 3, 10, 17, and 24
