The Atlantic Veterinary College has expanded the veterinary medical services it offers to include behaviour medicine. Leading the new service is Dr. Karen Overall, associate professor of behaviour medicine at AVC.

The Gray Group, Fox Meadow Golf Course in Stratford, and the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú Cross Country team invite members of the public to come out and give cross-country running a try at beautiful Fox Meadow on Saturday, November 14.

Join the PEI Symphony Orchestra on November 22, at 2:30 pm, at the Confederation Centre of the Arts as they present chamber performances by two new Charlottetown residents, including ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú’s recently appointed assistant professor of piano, Magdalena von Eccher.

The ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú Department of Music will host a virtual information session on Wednesday, November 11, at 3 pm (AST) to present the benefits of studying music at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú.

Dr. Kathy Snow, associate professor of education at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú and academic lead for the University’s Certificate in Educational Leadership program in Nunavut, recently developed a panel presentation for the 2020 University of Washington (UW) Fulbright Canada Chair in Arctic Studies annual lecture.

The following message about travelling outside the Atlantic Canada bubble for the holiday break, between the Fall and Winter academic semesters, and returning to PEI, was issued to students via their @upei.ca emails on November 2, 2020, by the Associate Vice-President of Students and Registrar.

Dr. Brian Wagner, a professor in the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú Department of Chemistry, has authored a textbook exploring the chemical and physiochemical principles of supramolecular host-guest chemistry in solution.

The Class of 2024 received a warm welcome to the Atlantic Veterinary College and the start of their education in veterinary medicine in September, albeit in a different form than usual.
