The 2022–23 season promises to be like no other for the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú Men’s Hockey program, and if the pre-season was any indication, it could be a successful one as well.

The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú (ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú) is pleased to congratulate Dr. Étienne Côté, professor, Department of Companion Animals, AVC, on his election to the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences (CAHS).

To everyone who supported others in their time of need, whether in an official capacity or simply by being a friend to someone struggling through the aftermath of Fiona—thank you!

The ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú is pleased to announce the appointment of alumnus Paul Young as Chief Operating Officer for the University’s new Faculty of Medicine, effective October 24, 2022.

After a successful showing at training camp, three former Mount Academy Saints—Rachel Richards, Orianna MacNeil, and Kierra St. Peter—have earned their way on to the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú Women’s Hockey roster. 

Every week, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú Athletics and Recreation recognizes two student-athletes for their achievements and dedication to their respective sports. This week’s ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú Panther Subway Athletes for September 26 to October 2 are Roselyn Kushko (women’s soccer) and Jonathan MacKenzie (men’s soccer).

As previously announced, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú’s Charlottetown and St. Peter’s Bay campuses will re-open on Monday, October 3, 2022. Classes, labs, and other campus operations will resume.

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú will keep two warming/charging centres open from September 30-October 2 as follows:  W.A. Murphy Student Centre, daily from 8 am–6 pm; ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù·½Èë¿Ú Chaplaincy Centre, daily from 8 am–5 pm. Read more further information.
